It sounds like its been open. Trump will be prosecuted & will be forced to testify under oath. It should make for his ultimate reality series.

Lord knows, Mitch McConnell has a lot to answer for in his 38 years as a U.S. Senator from Kentucky. But the most far-reaching, consequential decision he has made in that office was the one to put Merrick Garland’s Supreme Court nomination in a drawer for 10 months. And he got that one right.

Notice They are staying away from the Capitol/riot events of Jan 6 if this report is true. They would be giving away the game then. Rather they are focusing on state electors and legal issues surrounding that

I read this is going after them on the attempts to put in alternate electors as well.

My POV is that this is really sparse high hanging fruit. I think it will be amazingly hard to differentiate between a valid attempt to do this and an illegal one.

Most of the theories the Clown Car team used in this manner were idiotic. But making an attempt with an idiotic legal foundation is not the same thing as an illegal act.

They will investigate and leak bullchit for the idiot army. They will never prosecute a damn thing. Meanwhile the communist will have the heat reduced. “Forget about the country going to chit! Trump Trump Trump!”

So, let me get this right. Garland doesnt want to push forward with any Hunter Biden indictments because we are in election season, even though Biden* is not on the ballot, but for Trump they can publicly open one right now?

While Hunter Biden issue still hanging out there….
