Dan, the Gervin has retractable seating for the first 10-15 rows around the basketball court. When folded up, I suspect there would be a perfect dimension for a hockey rink.

Otherwise, why make the seats retractable?

Per Super, the Field Turf has arrived and needs to be installed. Also pending stands and shelters for the soccer and lacrosse teams.

"Turf has arrived 3 to 5 days to install."

They have redoing the Convo parking lot. Removed most of old asphalt and now resurfacing it.

Mill and pave is what I think you are describing. Good news. I hate bad pavement.

I think everything at West Campus needs it.

Looks like they expanded the parking east of the bubble. That's where put most of debris for the Convo lots. Smoothed it out and added what looks like an entrance off Huron river drive. If any is looking to buy a house close to the west athletics complex. Bob England house is for sale.

Eagle Crest is printing money right now. This project not only includes new team facilities but updates to the current clubhouse and dining ops as well.

The "true money" behind Game Above, Keith Stone, likes golf as well as a return on investment. The simulators are not only great for the golf team but present revenue opportunities for EMU as well with the public.

I did hear Scott in the video say Keith loves golf...

Amazing thing about EMU athletics. We have some great facilities. GG GA Center is excellent. Golf is excellent. Swimming and diving is excellent (don't know much, though). SAPC is excellent.

Our facilities fail in baseball and Rynearson.

Although I love basketball more than any other sport, even I know the majority of our investment should be in football. It would be so easy for a MAC school to become dominant in our conference if just a simple small bowl could be built that would create an intimate and high energy atmosphere

Agree.

I am dreaming but I wish one of our loyal posters would win the lottery and donate 75M for a new stadium.

It would be the final step needed to propel our FB program upward. Put a beautiful new stadium between the GG GA Center and SAPC and we might have the best G5 facilities in the country.

We have the bookends, but in between... 03-banghead

Jerry, aren't retractable seats pretty common? More flexible?

Probably best to have retractable for any events which requires more floor space.
