The process for getting foreign students intrigues me. I wish I knew the mechanics of it. I corresponded a little bit this past week with the Track coach at Texas Wesleyan, and he told me a little bit about it, but I didn't understand it all. He just picked up an outstanding middle-distance runner from Qatar and a women's discus thrower from Tunisia.
