With the signing of Young from SMU, Penny is down to 1 scholarship. Maybe that's the hold up regarding Alo, could be that Penny has other options & he's not willing to commit the last scholarship at this time.

Alo would give us a competitive 11 player lineup. Although I'm not keen on Kao just yet.
