Quote:When Kamala Harris talks, we listen. Not because she has something brilliant or interesting to say, but because, like a car wreck, we can’t help it; the cringe is just too cringy to pass up. The noted climatologist-meteorologist on Friday explained the interaction between weather and climate to weary Californians.
As reported by the Los Angeles Times, Harris joined state and local leaders at a Los Angeles County site recently upgraded to increase groundwater retention, where they lauded ongoing efforts to improve drought resiliency across California and neighboring states. Harris’s visit came after a series of storms battered the state for weeks, causing fatalities, flooding, and extensive damage — but also provided record-setting precipitation needed in the water-starved West. (Reason no. 7,594 why I don’t live in California.)
The above backdrop was all Harris needed to incisively [sarc] let the hilarity rip, silly hand motions for emphasis, and the whole bit. Ladies and gentlemen, your vice president:
In dealing with the various issues that are present when we look at the climate crisis, we think about water policy. Uh, diversifying water policy. Understanding that we must have the ability to diversify our approach and the resources. Everything in terms of what we do for conservation, recycling, desalinization, and source of water.
This plant and this facility in particular is doing some of the smartest and the most contemporary kind of work that is necessary to store water, understanding that the climate crisis presents exactly what we’ve experienced here in California.
It gets even more hilarious. And by “more hilarious,” I mean utter gibberish:
We’re gonna have days — and sometimes there will be days — with immense water of rains and storms and flooding, and at the same time we are a state that has experienced for generations, droughts.
And we must therefore understand that the issue that are present in the climate crisis are varied — and it requires us to be present and to be in front of each of the iterations and variations that include extreme weather that produces a lot of water and extreme weather that produces drought.
Got it? Hell no, you don’t and neither do I.
What I do get of course — and chances are you do as well — is that I long ago tired of taking the climate loons’ claims apart, one by one, which was tedious at best and a complete waste of time at worst. As is the case with abortion, religion, and other third-rail issues, no one is going to change anyone else’s mind about “the existential threat of mankind.”
Harris referenced “climate crisis” three times in her above comments, yet correctly described “extreme weather” as the cause of excessive rains and flooding — and draughts, as well. So how do you debate these alarmists? You don’t. As with a car wreck, you just cringe and shake your head as you pass by.
Incidentally, as I reported in July, Americans in record numbers are pulling to plug on climate hysteria. Yet John Kerry, Al Gore, Joe Biden, and Joe’s “climate czar” continue to tilt at windmills that don’t exist.

Bill O'Reilly used to call that "bloviating" back when he had his own show on Fox News, and that he was the only one who could do that because it was his job.
Quote:Kamala Harris was back in public on Monday, and she was bound and determined to justify her position as the worst politician in modern history.
Appearing in Raleigh, NC, Harris was in mid-season form while attempting to talk about the administration’s policies toward small businesses. Not to spoil anything, but those policies are bad. Really, really bad.
But I digress, Harris does this thing when she’s speaking where she assumes everyone in the audience is an idiot. The end result is that she sounds like a kindergarten teacher exposing a five-year-old to the wonders of the world for the first time.
HARRIS: Let’s talk about how you get a “line of credit.” Who of us grew up with our parents talking about a phrase “line of credit.” These are things you learn, if someone takes the time to teach you because they know.
Absolutely breathtaking insight from the vice president. Apparently, and you might want to sit down for this revelation, you learn things if someone takes the time to teach you because they themselves know. I had no idea.
Her comments just got dumber from there.
I have no idea what she’s actually trying to say in that clip. According to Harris, small businesses are intergenerational but also span the generations. What does that even mean? It sounds like a staffer just handed her some big words prior to the sit-down and told her to use them as often as possible.
Of course, no Harris public appearance would be complete without one of her patented word salads.
HARRIS: We are doing the work that is about collaborating around the small businesses that will need to do the work that will be the result of all the trillions of dollars we’re putting into the infrastructure of our country, including the almost trillion dollars that we’re going to be putting into a whole new economy that is called the clean energy economy.
Well, alrighty then. Glad we got that cleared up.
Her speaking style is just so terrible. It makes Hillary Clinton seem personable and charismatic. Whichever advisor told Harris that talking to people as if they are all mentally challenged is good politics needs to be fired. The repetition of words, the talking in circles, the incessant word salads, the overwrought explanations of everything. All of it provides evidence that Harris is a historically bad politician with a historic inability to appeal to audiences.
And she’s probably going to be the Democratic nominee in 2024. That’s good for Republicans, I suppose.

WELP, you're right it was cringe worthy.
Ladies and gentlemen if you're not happy with the current SOB you won't have to wait long for this idiot. She'll just pack her bags, have someone pick them up, she'll walk to the elevator and press the down button, then she'll walk to the door. At the door she'll wal to the car, someone will open the car, she'll climb in all the while laughing her stupid laugh and then the car will start and the driver will steer the car (he has to be a genius for that) to the WH. Now, there she will repeat the same routine to enter the WH.

They Tyre Nichols funeral was on every local news channel yesterday. The wife and I were home from work due to ice so we flipped over there for a minute. Sharpton brought this stupid d!ck sucking ho up there to speak and said “throughout her political career, she just kept beating the polls”. She may have beat them before she choked on them. Idk
Anyway, we listened to her for about :45 and my said to turn it to a different channel. Kamala is just awful. Everything about her is awful.

What I do not understand is how can she or her handlers not "review the tape" of these speeches afterwards and not shake their heads in embarrassment?
I could say the same of Trump when he uses all those bombastic adjectives to describe his own greatness or the greatness of things around him.
Seriously - WTF is the matter with the PR people around them? Sticking with Kamala for the moment, How do these people allow her to do this over, and over, and over. She sounds like an f-ing High School drop-out FFS.
