can we survive as a species?
There are people right now who have been camping out in line in Southaven since midnight to buy a freaking hamburger.

Not to mention we are in the middle of a heat wave and they're burning no one knows how much gas in order to run car's AC at $4 a gallon.

I love Huey's, but they've seriously cut back on portions since Covid. And they've increased prices for the lesser items. It's tragic!

Yeah, the Philly cheesesteak is 2/3 the size it used to be. And are they still tacking on that surcharge for carryout?

I love the old Huey's but they need to quit jacking customers around. Of course, if they always have a line waiting to get in, more power to them I guess.

Plenty of other places to get a burger. And Pimentos cheesesteak is just as good.

I've been telling people for years this is the best cheeseburger in town and I get funny looks. But once they try it, they are hooked.

Got another crazy one....Pete and Sams. Hands down best steak in town just short of my back yard grill.

The new owners certainly think so. Tops was always known as the bargain option, but no more. The double cheese/large fry is now priced the same as a Huey’s cheese/fries. The crappy ribs, bbq plate, etc. are now priced the same as Corky’s. It was a nice grill top burger but I’m sure the new owners will manage to screw it up (if they haven’t already). They have most everything else.

Eating there (vs the other locations I mentioned) would compare to eating at Pirtle’s vs Gus’s. How long would Pirtle’s last if they matched prices with Gus’s?

Hard pass.

I don't know how they cook them. I haven't been there in awhile and just hope they haven't changed food vendors. It is so good! Might try to get out there this weekend.

I like Whataburger burgers. Usually go there while on vacation. But the Sonic burger with mustard, pickle and onions is just like the whataburger.
