Alright Chief then I have a question. If we were to expand to 16 and ECU isn't an option would Liberty have any chance at making it in the East or would it be WKU 100%? Would they rank 3rd behind WKU if they were to fall through and go MAC, for example?

ECU and WKU, yes. Beyond that, we probably just wouldn't add. The Western division is pretty against adding anyone out east that's not ECU at the moment.

Thanks. Then it’s settled and no more debate is needed haha.

Kinda mind blowing.

For the record, I never said the Sun Belt was "inferior." Obviously in football and baseball, it's better. It's got a better geographic fit. In basketball, it is light years even behind the new CUSA. All I was saying is that overall, the Sun Belt is much better, but the gap may not be as big as some believe. Years ago everyone thought CUSA was better. A lot depends on how Sam Houston St. and Jacksonville St. turn out and how quickly.

I would quit while I wasn't quite that far behind. Otherwise you may get embarrassed bigtime if you keep it up. You're not going to win on the Sun Belt BBS board.

CUSA’s gap to everyone else is so big that 9 teams have left or will be leaving, while 4 of the remaining 5 also tried, and the only reason FIU didn’t is that they might not actually exist.

FIU got a new athletic director, new football coach. They have the enrollment, location, and means to turn things around. New Mexico State and Jacksonville State hired very successful coaches. I think you will see better from some CUSA teams because they will realize part of why they were left out in realignment and have to be better.

Potential - ah yes, we know ye well. 03-lmfao05-stirthepot
