The LSU baseball Tigers are struggling big time. They have lost six of their last eight games, including a sweep from U of Kansas and a potential sweep by Long Beach St tomorrow. They are 6-6 now, they usually start off slow, but this even should be a bit alarming to the Bengal fans.

Feel kinda bad for ole Lou, though.

LIVING IN BIG 12 COUNTRY, (KANSAS CITY, MO), I GET TO CATCH ALL THE CRAP PUT OUT BY THEM. THE SWEEP OF LSU BY KU HAS THE LOCALS READY
TO BY TICKETS TO COLLEGE WORLD SERIES. IT'S TOUGH LISTENING TO
THE SUPERIOR SOUNDING FANS IN THIS PART OF THE COUNTRY. I THINK
THEY REALIZE THAT THE SEC IS A FAR SUPERIOR CONFERENCE, BUT ARE
AFRAID TO ADMIT IT. I'M DOING MY PART TO SET THEM STRAIGHT.

Yea, Lou's alright. I sure miss him and JBR going at it last year on the old baseball board. Thru all the smack talk, he's a good guy.

Come to think of it, I kinda miss JBR and _________(insert any name here) going at it. I learned a lot from ole JBR...... 03-lol 03-lol 03-lol

Yeah, Lou is a good guy. It's LSUMoe who's the complete bonehead. JBR is definitely the king of smack.

We must not make fun of them dear. They can't help the way they are. Kinda like State fans...just less fortunate individuals. 03-wink

Yeah, you're right. However, I was talking to an LSU grad last week, and as I was asking him to super size my combo, he was telling me how he didn't have any choice since he just couldn't get into Ole Miss..... 03-lol

I really miss JBR and the way he would casterate some of these folks. I even miss LSUjoe and Hamburglar...I want football season to come on and get here. (Don't you hate to wish your life away?)

I don't miss JBR for the same reason as the others, obviously.

BTW: Right now it really looks good for next Tuesday's game at Auto Zone. New Albany plays a couple of games against Southaven @ Southaven so I should be there. (If I'm wearing maroon and white, it is the New Albany variety bulldog.) I still don't know why we have to be maroon and white bulldogs, except that half the friggin city and county pull for the mutts.

My kids will be out for Spring holidays and they have like 3 or more games (JV and Varsity) nearly every day. Scheduled games, our Co. Tournament and a few District games. I don't know if we have enough pitching for all those games. The boys may have to go back home after the Southaven games, but I'm going to stick around.

I'm sure you know Still, but I wanted to make sure you are aware that the game is Wednesday night, not Tuesday.

I didn't until now! I must have looked at the calendar cross-eyed. Same difference though, they play on the 12th @ Southaven, no matter what day it is.

It had me shook up for a minute...thought I'd fallen into the Twilight Zone.
