Tarleton TV folks announced center Seynabou Thiam, last season’s WAC shot block leader, has a lower body injury and is probably out for the year. She was injured sometime during the exhibition game.

ACU had no issues with Howard Payne. I didn't get to watch the whole game, but we seemed to have more speed and rebounded better. Our new players did ok under the rim, but our normal 3s weren't sinking. I think they will with time. It will be interesting to watch our new players against real competition.
