Jermaine will almost definitely be back, but in what capacity.
Sounds like Brown has been offered a consulting roll - he might not take that.

he wants a non traveling role so if Jermaine moves into an Asst Coach spot you make Larry Dir of Player Development (JJs old job) so he gets to be at practice, and home games but doesn't have to travel around.

EDIT: or you bump Shawn Forrest up to Asst Coach, Larry becomes Asst to the HC and JJ stays Dir of Player Dev.
