Over on the Realignment board in a thread titled EKU vs OVC. There is a discussion regarding EKU and Jaksson State being sued by the OVC for not paying their exit fees. A jackson State fan posts that there is a law in Alabama prohibiting State Institutions from paying exit fees...

So if this is the case, does this mean that UAB won't pay their exit fee to CUSA?

Also, is this the big secret that CUSA is suing the SoMiss newspaper from printing that will make it hard to keep CUSA schools in the conference and from getting new additions to join?
