RE: What's the origin of your screen name?
My sister named me Bill Dazzle in the 1990s, when I did some "professional" juggling (parties, events, street performing, etc.) for a part-time income.

RE: What's the origin of your screen name?
My screen name has a bit of word play involved with it. I am an Assyrian-American (first generation and proud of it!) and I went to JMU, so I'm a Duke. Figured I could parlay those two and tie it to the royalty of the old Assyrian Empire, so AssyrianDuke it is. Certainly less notoriety and responsibility than AssyrianKing or AssyrianCrownPrince lol.

I lived in Kobe for a couple of years around 20 years ago. Back then if you wanted Louisiana Tech news, Bulldog Barks and Bytes was just about the only place to get it online. My user name is slightly different there (since there wasn't a question of what kind of "inu" would be a member).

Interesting! I had assumed that your screen name was a play on the "Initech" company from Office Space (just as I'm sure most people think my screen name exists because of Old School despite that not being the case).

Nope. Good movie, though.

On BB&B my name is inudesu, with "desu" being the Japanese "to be" verb. So, like "it's a dog" or "I'm dog" or "dog, here" or something like that literally. In hindsight, if you don't know Japanese, you might break that word down in a very different way than intended. So on conference message boards I switched it up a little (for that reason and the reason above of distinguishing the "inu" from all the other dog mascots).

Its not a spin off of Chris Rock. Now that I spend so much time in Sarasota, I should change it to something like "SarasotaCuseRoc" Again, not much imagination.

Unfortunately, no. But one of my wife's friends from college played in it. (And was later a teammate of Joe Montana's on the Niners for a season.)

Not worried - he only hunts "wabbits" (and not very good at that).

"Eigen" is a prefix used in some advanced mathematics that means "true" (as in genuine, not as in correct). I'm an ops research/stats guy so I thought it seemed like a cool name.

McMicken Hall, a building on the University of Cincinnati's campus, has two statues of lions on either side of the main entrance to the building. They've been dubbed "Mick" and "Mack," hence my username: MickMack.

I know! I should have just kept that account for myself.

I bought her a Cricket and she spends all her time making crap on that thing. Plus she's been baking a lot too. Pies and cookies. I'm spoiled.
