RE: What's the origin of your screen name?
When I was a much younger man and the Seattle/Tacoma region was barely a blip in conversation, people would say living up here was like living in south east Alaska.

The S, E, and A are capitalized for two reasons, if you want to come visit you fly into SEA which is the airlines designation for Seatac, second it's a reminder to me for my time spent at sea when I served in the US Navy. School got me an education but the military made me a man.

Its not a spin off of Chris Rock. Now that I spend so much time in Sarasota, I should change it to something like "SarasotaCuseRoc" Again, not much imagination.

Don't let cuseroc fool you...he is in Sarasota now cuz he used to run with my crew in Texas.

My brother gave me the nickname back when I was younger. He said my life was like a some kind of sideshow. I lived a life of excess and was always ready to do something stupid if I thought it would be fun.

RE: What's the origin of your screen name?
Frank the Tank was the nickname that my junior high basketball coach gave me since he thought that I grabbed rebounds like a tank. The nickname stuck with my friends through high school. Note that this was over a decade before Old School came out with Will Ferrell’s Frank the Tank character, so unlike what most people probably think, my screen name actually doesn’t have anything to do with that movie (although I absolutely love it and it might be my favorite comedy of all-time). The movie had the effect of people that I *didn’t* grow up with start calling me Frank the Tank to this day even with no knowledge that it was legitimately my nickname through my teenage years. As a result, I’ve used it as my username for pretty much everything that I post publicly online: my blog, Twitter, forums, etc.

RE: What's the origin of your screen name?
My name was actually inspired by another name, an East Carolina fan posting on the Boneyard, and I think maybe this board too as Pir8NBama. I loved the handle so much, but decided to make a few minor modifications, since I am a Georgia Bulldog living in the state of Alabama. (in comparison to the 'Bama and Auburn fans living around here, we are somewhat small in number, but getting a lot bigger in number, especially since UGa won the National Championship last year!!) My Georgia connection comes from my aunt who moved from Gordon, Alabama to Lawrenceville, Georgia, and became a huge Dawg fan. It took time, but the team finally started to grow on me, and I took them as my team as well.

When I became a Cincinnati Bearcats football fan back in the early 90's there weren't many of us. So when it was time to make a name, and the football team was winning, I decided I was an original TRUE Bearcat.

From the expression "doggonit" used for frustration as in "doggonit, another thread derailed by trolls". Of course the spelling is changed to "dawg" to reflect LaTech.

Abbreviation of my first and also my middle name. I think I got in the habit of affixing a 2 as that was one of my tricks way back when to change passwords (I don't do that anymore, I have a different system), so no meaning at all to it.

RE: What's the origin of your screen name?
Origin is from hip-hop. Kool Herc, Kool Keith then of course there was bands like Kool in the Gang. The idea was for comedic relief and to say things that people would not expect. Have different motifs with different screen names.

04-cheers

Who wants to say everything the same way over and over again? Some on here.

I've lived most of my life in Louisville, grew up a diehard UofL fan. Went to college at WKU 00-05, then grad school at UofL 05-07. CardTopper didn't flow right to me, so switched it to TopperCard.

RE: What's the origin of your screen name?
Darth Vader's flagship was named Executor (Egg-zek-you-tor). That name was always taken 25 years ago so I just changed the spelling. I probably should have spelt it differently as people tend to confuse it, oh well. It's been me for a long time, so it won't change.

Many people think it comes from a pokemon name. I'm not into Pokemon.
