I think we could include Grand Valley State, Le Moyne, New haven, Mercyhurst, Central Oklahoma, and several other D2 that have been rumored the past few years going to D1. They could be waiting for that transformation information changes.
You forgot West Texas A&M and Arkansas Tech Wonder Boys!
Surprised he didn’t include his slam dunk of West Texas A&M, considering the other day he was telling Matt Brown the WTAMU President was going to blindside him.

I'd think it quite unlikely that UCF and Liberty soccer would go independent. It would be hard to schedule or get an at-large berth.
It would not be unreasonable for UCF to stay in the AAC. With FIU that would give them four Florida teams. A couple of trips out to Tulsa, SMU, Memphis, or Temple is not something that they are not used to doing.
Liberty could stay in the ASUN for Soccer, though I agree that the MAC is also a possibility. Akron is going to be looking to recruit another team for the MAC.
The Summit is another possibility for SIUE to keep all the OVC schools in one conference. Omaha, Kansas City, Tulsa, St. Paul, and Denver are not extreme trips for a school that may be soccer first.

For the speculative moves, the ones on top, without the question mark, are the current course of the program, pending any further announcements. The ones below, with the question mark, are my speculations.

I'd think Cal Baptist would have a better shot than Grand Canyon, and that's not saying much.
GCU has the recent NCAA bid, two consecutive baseball regional bids in a row, the location and the money to bribe their way in if needed.
I think that as soon as either (or both!) establish themselves as a consistent top 100 basketball program they will get in. The WCC doesn't need anyone hurting SOS for either Gonzaga (trying to get 1 seeds) or the teams that are traditionally on or near the bubble.
