Cracked concrete? Splintered benches? Damaged benchbacks? Painting? Is it going to be something fans will notice and say "nice!" Or "they finally got around to fixing that."
I am guessing it's something vital, but nothing we will notice that improves the fan experience. I can remember just years ago when Doug "The Thug" Baker announced NIU was holding off on all routine maintenance, due to budget issues.
