USA Today said it has deleted 23 articles from its website after an investigation found that the reporter who wrote them used fabricated sources.

Saw this last night somewhere.

All I thought of was, Okay. so the VFNN of newspapers is also Fake news.

Apparently perpetrated by some lazy young wokester not willing to put in the work. She should never be around another newsroom of any sort.


Which means she'll very likely end up at Daily Beasties or media mush with fellow liar Berrrockk!

Why were the sources not vetted before the stories were published in the first place? Not by the author, but by those approving the articles?

So can we call that "Fake News"?

She would be perfect for the Times or CNN. Both of those outlets are dying for some creative fake news narratives that will make the "insurrection" (wink wink---I know I know---but lets just call it that for now) sexy enough to sell to voters.
