Looks Like Poole is going to get another HC gig before we find her replacement. Interviewing with Tennessee Tech and Southern Miss per twitter.

I believe I checked salaries and Poole as making about $100K at Memphis. The UCF coach is now making $200K plus bonuses. So, we have some major changes to make in terms of what we pay the head softball coach. The team really imploded this year under Poole. Not sure what the real problem was but the team greatly under performed this year. I think one poster put on the board that it looked like the team just gave up. The high school softball talent is really located in Florida, California and Texas. Whoever the coach is, they will have to recruit out of the Mid South to have a winning program. So, open the check book and find a good D1 assistant coach or small school coach in Florida or Texas that can teach and recruit and we may have a chance.

Those may well be lower paying jobs. Seems like she would be more suited to an assistant coach position based on her record at Memphis.
