The rain is falling to wash the pollen and ragweed away. EMU athletics gets ready to turn over to a new calendar season with a new sport, but the 6'9 question remains can EMoni come back home.
If he does picture a filled up CONVO and a legit chance at the sweet 16 again. If he doesn't probably another rebuild season and >1000 person crowds.
Football had a very well attended camp last week for MidWEEK MACtion. The covid free year continues to make tracking rosters similar to tracking trout North of Belleville Lake Dam.
CMU and Michigan had good seasons for baseball and emu is improving like the tigers with a long way to go. I thought the Michigan infielder missed the tag in the controversial 8th inning today.

I saw another angle super slow motion, runner appears to be out. Have to wonder whose in charge of the replay office during the NCAA tournament.

Michigan got really, really screwed on that call. And it ended their season.

The NCAA is incapable of doing most things correctly.

Dennis Mitchell, the head track and field coach of Akron for the men and women, is being fired for cheating. Specifically he allowed a banned runner in Nigeria for running. This removes a thorn from our side. This is per sources.

Steve, I share your amazement!

The LAST time a snowplow state won the CWS? Ohio State 1966, more than a few years ago at 56. Just two runnerups since, Michigan in 2019 and little ole EMU in 1976.

I often rail about the inequity of B1G football teams needing to be built to play in foul weather while then competing in bowl games with the SEC and others on their HOME fields and weather. While true, that advantage pales in comparison to that of baseball.

Agreed, the kid has a dream and is following it. Many would have given up by now and gave up football, it breaks my heart that he got injured.

RIP. A real shame.

Man, I saw this guy play live. What a tragedy. No doubt killed over something meaningless.

We might be the best and worst "Y" school in FBS. Is that because we are the only "Y" school in FBS?
