Coach's just being honest with the donors it appears to me with many of the recent comments from other big time coaches.

When I was at school their 5-10 years ago, they were one of two universities (Texas) to subsidize academics with athletic revenue.

Or… those players can transfer and we spread the talent across college football. Those backups can find starting roles and NIL deals.

I don’t want Ohio State to stockpile talent anymore.

The point of the article is how much money an AAC program will put together to win?

What if you need a position player to compete? How much should a school pay?

$13 million is today. Wait until Texas A&M or Texas or USC or... want to win now. -And take your quarterback and wide receiver and running back and...

Wait until a conference mate decides the cost of winning is too much and focuses their resources on other sports. Is it fair that, say, Vanderbilt decides not to compete for national championships in football but buys, say, golf players?

Sure… Blue Chip programs can attempt to pay more and more but eventually it’s unstable.

Let the free market correct the imbalance in college football.

If they can’t afford the rising NIL costs let the player hit the transfer portal and he can find someone to pay him.

Let the talent disperse throughout college football. There shouldn’t be these huge talent stockpiles at Alabama and Ohio State. The backups can find starting roles and NIL money elsewhere

thats a 150k a players, assuming everyone, all 85, is getting even shares (they aren't)... thats absurd .. if a bidding war starts itll get ugly

also isnt he admit to rule breaks.. "need nil or they are leaving"

Per day:
Top Tier QB's require $2M in NIL
Elite Edge Rusher require $1M
Top Offensive Tackles require $1M

this is odd and bad investments as qb success rates are low...
