This has been a sorely needed upgrade to campus for a long time now. Bernhard was a joke compared to other schools' student unions. I hope they get this thing up and running soon. It looks like major construction is done, they've even done landscaping, painting, sidewalks, lamp posts, some signage, etc...so it seems to be about 90% done. Just have to furnish the interior, build out the restaurants and stores and whatnot inside, which they've already started on.
