"Developmental" - why?
"Tony Bennett’s reluctance to give young players developmental minutes has already cost Virginia quite a few young players."

This criticism of Virginia coach Tony Bennett just got posted on the main Virginia blog. Of course, getting really good at Bennett's pack line defense takes a while. But the other relevant comment would be why any coach would be too concerned with developing players these days, since you have no guarantee that any of them will stay longer than a year. Coach for the moment, because that is all the system gives you any more. The new order of things really ought to be a heyday for juco coaches who can develop relationships with high level programs.

For the first time in my life I am losing interest in D-1 basketball. All of this is just to much. I will spend more time watching Arkansas Tech, Lyon College and Ozarks.
