Poster doesn’t mind non WMU posts when claiming Putin invaded the Ukraine to take out COVID labs or whatever the latest conspiracy theory Project Veritas tells him to believe.

This part of the forum has always been more of a general WMU discussion area as well as off topic/general interest type threads. Political threads are fine as long as they remain civil and on-topic, and don't devolve into flame wars. I also don't want 1,000 political threads a day like what those no-life mouth-breathers post over at the spin room.

So, it's fine in moderation. Just don't overdo it. That's how I see it right now, though others may disagree.

This was created because a few posters in the old days couldn't help themselves from spewing talk radio garbage into every WMU related conversation. But things got so so bad that that guy became the voice of reason and they later named the entire board in his honor.

If it's stuff I don't care about, I don't post about it. I try to do the same with what turns out to be political arson, though I end up tripping up on that occasionally.
