Congrats to Louisiana on the 2/3 of the Trifecta, getting the baseball/football double dip anyway. Still quite a feat.

Congrats to GaSo on the host, honestly a bit surprised after the loss. Glad the Sun Belt still got one. Hope it doesn’t rain at your place. At least the NCAA plans an “if necessary” day in Regionals.

I think we’re gonna see a lot of near All-State regionals. LA/TX/NC(plus Coastal)/GA. Just too many good teams, that fit a 1 through 4 mold without making extra effort.

Serious congrats to UL on the tournament win. Your coach was outstanding in calling the game. I wish we could've borrowed him in the top of the 9th to use the pitchers that hadn't pitched in the tournament instead of leaving an 18 y/o on the mound.

It somewhat pains me to say this, but I am kinda-sorta happy that ulll won the tourney (since we didn't) and now the SBC SHOULD get 4 teams in the tourney.

Yes, very happy Louisiana won too and I'm hoping Coastal gets in as well.

Thanks, big of you to say. It takes great effort for someone who lost to say and act in an honorable way. Kudos.

And yes, proud of my Louisiana Ragin Cajuns for getting the Trifecta: baseball/football/softball. It is no doubt quite a feat.

GEAUX SBC!!!

Fav two bandwagon fans. Bless you. Like you have an idea…
‘Fave two bandwagon fans.’ LOLZ. WTF does that even mean? Other than to *trying* to deflect from the issue he raised.

There are some actions taken by schools that are universally condemned, and will be a looooooong time before they are forgotten.

That’s cool though: they usually leave to really good rivalry’s and lots of eyes on games.

So carry on, little one.

Same thing with Southern Miss canceling a game for a Hurricane 300 miles away. Some actions will forever be made fun of.

And congrats ULL, quite a year.

Man, what a great game. Credit to Georgia Southern for making it very difficult to win. Those guys will hopefully do some great things beginning this weekend in their own regional.

I know baseball fans are a little more emotional than other fans, but a wonderful person pointed out a couple of things:

This was the Cajun's 36th win and the last out occurred at 4:36 PM. (for 36?)

Coach Robe's wore number 36. If some of you are not aware, Coach Degg's gives Robe credit for giving him a second chance at life, not just coaching.

I keep looking for the replay, but it’s not on espn yet. Other games are, so I’m hoping they are just saving the best for last. Am I just missing something? I missed a couple of plays, and would like to see them and some highlights again.

Sorry to the Bobcats for losing a chance to host. Thought you were deepest team all year, woulda played differently in normal circumstances, go show it.

OMG, still crying about the tournament format, lol.

The “follow up” should have been already apparent. Follow the big boys who have been there/done that, and maybe you’ll get somewhere. Not my fault you missed it.

Everyone should despise what happened. Push their ADs and therefore Conference for better. It’s what raises us all up.

Or, throw stones from down there, and miss it.

It happened, six of the eight coaches voted for it. You still got in the NCAA Tournament, stop crying in every post about it.

Missing the very point you state. Coastal was in regardless. No dog in fight. Team good enough to not have to win the tourney. Can even afford first round loss. Get it yet?

It ain’t about crying for Coastal. It’s trying to educate what needs done. Stop being part of the problem. Unless you’re happy with your lot. The end.

Yeah, getting real real tiresome hearing the same old bs from this guy. Whether you call if whining, or ‘edumucating’ he’s doing nothing g but derailing threads and it’s time for him to stop. Check that: waaaaaay past time for him to stop.

Really. You and one or two others derail everything thread you engage in. It’s comical. You even enlist others to complain behind the scenes, just to get posters reprimanded. Mods know. They even say it. Just “not enough” people complaining back about you they say. Perhaps because your targets will post, but not stoop to calling for your removal. Like a normal person/non-keyboard warrior. Why they let you be is a mystery.

But keep doing you.

Wanna debate the need for SB format change? I’m all ears. It’s all I’ve been espousing. Nothing Coastal-centric. Nothing anti-your school. Shoot, Louisiana coulda won the proper double elimination tourney as well. 2-4 in conference were all close.

But wanna get into mud slinging? Not surprised, not gonna engage outside this. Enjoy your shot in the tourney.

3/4 if you include Softball. Nonetheless, appreciate the shout out. As a fan, and alumni, it feels fantastic!

Kick ass this weekend!
