Bruce Gradkowski
All, I read the news about Bruce stepping down from his high school head coaching job. The article said that Bruce would only leave for a few special opportunities and the head of the school said that one of those has arisen. I would think that Bruce wants to stay in Toledo. I would think he might be interested in being Deputy AD or QB coach. Bruce is well know so Deputy AD would be very good for him in a fund raising and outreach role. Anybody know anything?

Always thought he wanted to coach at UT or be in AD. He's put his stake in the ground and he chose Toledo metro area.

FWIW, he still does media in conjunction with the Steelers. He apparently still has a good relationship there that may afford other opportunities.

Moving homes is a powerful attraction. I returned to Toledo ( home town) after being gone for 21 years. Best move I ever made. Hope he stays… Toledo can always use good people especially those connected to UT

Being reported by Rick Stroud, NFL reporter covering Tampa Bay, that Bruce will be taking the Offensive Coordinator job with the XFL St. Louis team.

The STL head coach has been reported to be Anthony Becht, who played TE for several teams in the NFL, including Tampa Bay, when Bruce was a QB there.

Interesting. Hopefully the XFL lasts this time.
