So we're 2 there and 2 here. Oh and by the way, you're first game was scheduled for there in 2013 but since you didn't show up till 2014 we got the forfeit and lead 5-4 with an extra away game win. 05-stirthepot

Good luck to WKU and the other four this season in all sports. Keep the championship trophies in house.

What he did not tell you is the real reason they got the forfeit was based on Marshall’s 2013 BCS ranking over WKU.

Since this upcoming season will be your farewell tour and WKU is playing all six, I thought it'd be interesting to see how we've stacked up against each other during the last 8 seasons. Lots of fun football, some exciting games and lots of good banter between the fans over the years.

WKU vs UAB - We only met three times and UAB leads 2-1. UAB won the first game, WKU won the 2nd game, and UAB won the 3rd game. It's our turn 02-13-banana

WKU vs Charlotte - We've met 5 times and WKU leads 4-1, having won the last 3.

WKU vs FAU - We've met 8 times and FAU leads the series 5-3.

WKU vs NT - We only met twice in the eight years together in CUSA but WKU won both.

WKU vs Rice - We only met three times and WKU won all three.

WKU vs UTSA - We only met three times and UTSA leads 2-1. Both UTSA wins were last year and they were both incredible games but UTSA came out on top both times.

Since we didn't get a farewell tour from the SB3, here's our record against them during our time in CUSA together:
WKU vs Marshall - Series finished tied 4-4
WKU vs ODU - WKU led the series 6-1
WKU vs USM - WKU led the series 4-0

Should be some good games this Fall. I'm ready for football season and it's not even Summer yet.

If WKU was so good and had something other to offer than big mouth fans, the BIG XII, AAC, or the Belt would have came knocking.
You don't see Southern Miss fans talking about how they beat Alabama 5 times between 20 to 55 years ago! People are looking forward, which is something WKU's admin failed to do for it's university! So if you wanna crap on someone, aim your butt-hole at your school's admin, sucka!

You are about as stupid as they come....

that is EXACTLLY what most S. Miss fans do. Their history from 20 to 30 years ago is all they have and in fact some count a forfeit (by NCAA ) as a win over Bama.

Run along because you are clueless

RE: Farewell Tour - WKU vs the AA6
If bammer can count a national championship awarded by a gas station in Eufala, Alabama's calendar (this is a real thing) and another because it was raining when they were beaten by Mississippi State so that loss shouldn't count (this is also a real thing), then Southern Miss should be able to count a forfeit that's actually recognized by the NCAA. Maybe bammer shouldn't have played Antonio Langham when Gene Stallings knew he had signed with an agent.

Any loss by bammer, and exposure of the vile, criminal cheating that lies at the heart of all that is crimson, should be recognized. **** the Tide in all things, at all times, in all places, and in all orifices.

(The fake championships mentioned above were actually ginned up by the UAT SID for Stallings' first game at bammer (vs. USM, coincidentally), so that the team could run through a gauntlet of championship banners, but he thought the gauntlet was too short, so they made up some more to make it look more impressive. This is a real thing.)

PS: Speaking of lying bammers, Fire Ray Watts.

When the NCAA makes a school forfeit wins it counts as a loss to that school. It does not go on the record book as a win for the school they beat. To be fair I probably only saw it argued 2 or 3 times as a S. Miss win.

I noticed that WKU and ODU only played seven times...shouldn't it have been 8?

Oh no, I remember. ODU was the only school that cancelled their entire football season for reasons.

They robbed y'all of another win

When the NCAA makes a school forfeit it does count as a loss for the school being punished and the opponent is free to claim a victory in the forfeited game.

When the NCAA vacates the results of the game it only removes the win from the school being punished. They are two different things.

The NCAA switched from primarily forfeits to primarily vacations around 2005

I dont know the word used but on the field S. Miss lost 0-40 and anyone that counts that as a win is silly.

edit: looked it up and the bama win was vacated for 1993
