I don't know if they were "signed" to wear them, or if they just did. That said, I think Ja would have a profile to get his own deal instead of getting paid to wear someone else's shoes.

Ja wore 10 different shoes this season. Mostly variations of kyries, kds, and paul georges. Made me believe he was testing features with each to develop his own

Nike did a spinoff of MJ's signature shoe, "Jordan" brand with the jumpman logo and signed players/teams to be signed by his brand...Was totally seperate from his "signature" shoes 03-idea

Ja has a shoe coming this summer. He’s too 10 in jerseys sold among all nba players this year so you can believe Nike wants a Ja shoe
