Premier Football Subdivision - Central Region
The Central Region consists of IA, MO, AR, IL, IN, and KY

Choose any schools you believe should be included in a 64-school premier subdivision.

I was planning on only selecting 4 teams from this area, and having the three tied teams going to repechage - but with a guarantee that one of the three would be selected regardless of how they did compared to other teams.

The top five will be selected from each of the nine regions. That will result in 9x5 =45 teams. Those outside the top 5 will compete in a repechage with similar teams from other regions to determine the final 19 teams.
