WM Campus Dorm Overhaul
My nephew went on a college visit to High Point and I remember being amazed by the dark hardwoods and granite countertops in the freshman dorms. It was quite the contrast to the institutional furniture and white painted cinder block rooms I remembered.

The buildings were standing derelict for years. Demolition was completed in December. I went to a baseball game a few weeks ago and saw that space open for the first time. I was oddly nostalgic for about 5 minutes, having spent five semesters there in the early 80's.

Yes James Blair Terrace = Dillard

It used to be offices for the doctors working at Eastern State mental hospital before they converted it to dorms when the college took it over.
