Davis is set to announce Friday put us on top7 right after he visited, could be why some others left. Nobody knows for sure though.

Maybe Harris pushed himself out. No one knows what go's on behind closed doors. I loved to see the guy come into the game and the energy he brought with him but I guess he got his poor little feelings hurt not starting. Momma said you don't have to stay there so the mistreated little bird flew away.

^ the whole "not starting" thing is absurd. From everything I am hearing, Tyler complained about minutes often, not about starting. Not only when he didnt get the minutes, but it seems he would instigate others to complain about minutes.

Penny decided to get ahead of it and tell Tyler there was no place on the team for him.

But really, it will be interesting to see how this changes up until the season starts.

this. i expect D1 will become a revolving door, perhaps you can get a guy for his last 2 years, but then he graduates and leaves again. i would like to keep players longer so we can get to know them.. build a kind of connection, but it appears this will not be the case.

i always heard that on any D1 team there will be 4 players who like the program an coaches, 4 who tolerate it but think they should have a bigger role, and 4 who are miserable. In today's game the program loses most of the bottom 8 every couple of years, and if any of the top 4 go pro or graduate you'll have turnover of 7-8 guys every year.
