UH lost its best RB (McCaskell) to the portal yesterday. Colorado one of the schools rumored to be in the mix after him. I guess we have until the end of the month to see if we lose anyone of note.

I recently read that recent transfer from the Owls, Aidan Siano "retired" from football at TAMU due to continued medical issues (concussions) during spring practice. On his twitter feed he noted that he received two brain injuries last year (week 5 and 7) at Rice that he did not tell the coaches/trainers about until late in the season (week 10), at which point he was held out for the rest of the season (according to his twitter feed).

(This category would include such schools as SMU, Arkansas, Missouri, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Georgia Tech, Virginia, Houston, Cincinnati, Temple, Boston College, South Florida, etc. ... and all the schools (other than us) who are currently not in a Power Six conference.)
