I have a really hhard time believing that the moms tweet is accurate

Even if Penny knows he is getting Davis it doesn’t matter, we would still need a kid like Harris and I just have a hard time Penny would state to him he simply wants a whole new team

At most Penny may have intimated to Tyler that he is bringing in X and Y and Tyler’s reaction was damn my playing time will reduce because he wants a whole new team

What? Of course he deserves a spot on the team. He has a spot on the team, but he doesn’t want to be a role player coming off the bench. It most certainly does have everything to do with starting and mostly playing time. Harris doesn’t want to come off the bench. This is the second time him and his family have done this move. Davis is hands down better and will be given the ball.

Yeah, but no that is not what is happening here. Harris had a major wake up call when he transferred the first time and when he came back he was ready for any role given to him. He is not leaving because he is not the starter.

How do you know? You don’t. The fact is, if Penny lands Davis, Davis starts. Which is the way it should be. We don’t know what Penny said to Harris, but to say that he told Harris he does not have a spot on the team without proof or hearing from Penny is just crazy wrong. Penny deserve the benefit of the doubt. After all he did allow Harris to return. He gave Harris plenty of playing time.

And I’ll say this, if he was told he didn’t have a place, I’m not going to quit going to games and watching the road games on tv. I’m a Tiger fan. So we differ on that. But we agree on that 3 word sentence you have at the bottom of your posts.

Total speculation but could be that Penny either knows or at least expects a certain scholarship reduction and won’t be able to have one for Tyler (assumption being he has other planned commitments). There has to be more known to coach for him to even hint to Tyler that he should move on with the roster the way it is now.
