Eh. Good luck, but this seems a lot like Alihan Demir's transfer to Minnesota.

RE: Cam Wynter tranfsers to Penn State
Does this open up the opportunities for mid-majors to get higher level freshman out of high school who they might not normally get? There are only so many roster spots out there, and if the Power schools are picking up mid-major transfers, that leaves the door open.

Maybe this becomes the trend now. Start your career out in the CAA or MAAC or whatever, transfer to the ACC or Big Ten in your junior year.

charleston and uncw? Maybe

high level seniors don’t want to get laughed at playing in front of 400 people at the dac

inability to create a legitimate culture and program hurting even more now in light of what your saying is a big opportunity re changing landscape of college hoops

Petition your local state representative and ask them to tell drexel to please care about basketball culture

maybe that's why i don't feel like this a great move for cam. if i'm leaving drexel...i'm going to a place that cares about basketball. penn state isn't that place. they ran some great promos before the pandemic shut everything down. my daughter won their halftime baby race and they offered $5 tickets for a number of games. they backed off big time last year though. hopefully they get back on track and start building back towards a better atmosphere up there.

Good luck to him. He gets to play on a bad team and be a star in one of the best leagues. That exposure is likely worth it to him to raise his own stock for his professional career. Betting NIL money is higher too
