Thanks, but we are a tired team with five games this week. Hopefully we can continue our streak, but it will probably be a tough task down at Tulane Tuesday and then the next night at home vs New Orleans at home, followed by a series with Rice

yeah … however, our pitching is ‘off the chain’ + we rec’d two major breaks by the opposition/ump last week … momentum, albeit undefinable in real terms, is a powerful counter to the morning league fielding/base running mistakes continually plaguing the eagles…

this team is good enough to go deep … it’s up to the coaches to remind them daily it’s just a game they’re really good at playing…

if we go 3-2 this week, I’ll view that as favorable in scope…

Me too. 3-2 would be a pretty good week. At least 4 of the games are home games.

Yeah, looking at the schedule there are still a ton of regular season games left. Look at Ole Miss they were #1 at one point this season and probably won't even make the tournament at this point.

Tanner Hall gets drafted after this year ... his command with movement is better than Sandlin ever thought about ... I can only hope muh Cards snag him to replace Waino ... that would be quite the bonus...

If Rice does have a run in us, we’re saving it for the conference tournament.

Twice we’ve come out of nowhere to win the auto bid and … while I’m not claiming we’ll do that this year…

I AM claiming we won’t sweep a top ten team this weekend :)

That said I do appreciate all the USM fans hoping for only 2 of 3 cause we need that one W this week to position for a late season run to just make the conf tourney …
