I still have my NIU logo underwear from when I was a student at NIU over 45 years ago. They still fit me (as long as I don’t breathe).

Was the Huskie snout in the crotch area? Is it true you used to flash women at the Plaza in your NIU underwear and say to them " Look at the Huskie's nose, he is lying again"?

Unfortunately, you couldn’t tell if the Huskie was lying.

That isn't a thread, its an entire subforum. We had real plans and goals and excitement....then.

A lot of people who posted then talk about NIU on Twitter now (HuskieJohn, etc). Almost all forums suffered a mass Twitter/FB exodus in the 2010s.

Forums are a far superior format, so I definitely miss the 2000s days when forums were the undisputed "go-to" hub.

I meant more in the sense of the Red Riot being a thing. I prefer Twitter to discuss NIU over this dumpster fire of a forum too.
