Coach K talks about governance of intercollegiate sports
https://www.wralsportsfan.com/coach-k-on.../20215888/

As he transitions into retirement, Coach K expressed his opinions about where college sports should be headed. There is no question that the imposition of NIL and possibly some form of pay for play by the courts have forever blown up the model for intercollegiate sports that have slowly evolved over the last century.

Undoubtedly, other stakeholders will have their own opinions, as will fans who won't have any significant influence over what model will emerge to replace it. But we at least get to express our opinions in forums like this one. How would you like to see governance change going forward?

RE: Coach K talks about governance of intercollegiate sports
What does Saint, er I mean, Coach K think about coaches who make $10 million, while questioning the players he coaches who want to earn more than the cost of education. Hypocrisy drips from his mouth every time his lips move. And if Dr. Emmert wants to join him in retirement, that would be okay as well.

I don’t say this too often, but go UNC!
