Trying to get the D3 spot St.Thomas was kicked out of for being too competitive. They promised they will never win a game.

I believe Matt Brown said he expects them to end up in the MEAC.

Ok I’ll be 100% honest. As a lifelong fan of the WAC going back to its day with TCU, Colorado State, Boise State and Nevada, I can honestly say that the Chicago State Panthers would be a better fit for the WAC than Seattle. It’s closer to the other schools in terms of facilities oh and they beat NMSU this year. Yeah, that’s something Seattle couldn’t get done, even in their 999 seat arena. lol!

What do they offer the MEAC? They are way out of the footprint. They don’t sponsor football or baseball. On the flip side, the MEAC doesn’t sponsor soccer for men or women.

You didn’t even have 500 fans for your game versus NMSU and you lost to Seattle. Lol!!!! How many games this year did you have with less than 1,000 fans?

I won’t even discuss your thoughts on the Chicago State “Panthers”

Couldn’t tell you. Maybe the MEAC schools want another primarily black school?

The feeling is mutual from my understanding. The MEAC is hurting for members and are in a similar situation that the WAC was 10 years ago. I won't be surprised if Chicago State ends up there.

That would be great for the MEAC. Looks like a disaster right now, but for Delaware State and UMES’ sake I hope it can stay alive. Not sure they’d have anywhere to go.

FYI, welcome to the WAC boards. Heads up! I noticed you don’t have a WAC school as your “favorite team” (or the entire conference). Careful posting here. DoubleRSU might get REALLY mad and ask you how many Utah Valley women’s basketball games you watched.

If he brings up CSU-Pueblo and Cal State San Bernardino and expansion, yes I will.

Lol, I've been a WAC fan for the last 20 years or so. Used to be on the scout boards and check this board out on occasion. I'm well aware of David St and his expansion talk. I would love for the WAC to be a FBS conference again but it looks like CUSA stopped that for now. Hopefully it can happen in the next 10 years or so.
