Unless you have no skills whatsoever, there are plenty of low wage jobs out there. You can do better than Taco Bell.

The employee had the right to defend himself. End of story.

The guy is going to get his ass fired. While the loud mouth deserves everything he got. He most likely lets his ass get dragged right out of the store if the Taco Bell worker stayed behind the counter. So not only is he getting fired Taco bell is going to write a check for at the very least 50k and most likely 75 to 100k if this is the north east.

I guarantee you he broke company policy when he walked out from behind the counter . That's why Taco Bell will write the check because anything from that point gives the ******* loud mouth the right to argue he took that as a threat. Well his lawyer will.
