Just listened to the Toppert segment. He was spot on with everything. No cliches no BS coach speak.

Let’s play Name that coach!

He open handed a redneck opposing fan in the face?

Sorry I missed that

We've had a few bigs who were accused of being lazy:
Nick Marshall
Dominic Woodson
Kareem Cooper

Heck, some said Shaq Goodwin was lazy - but I liked watching him play.

He was always a step slow, seemed indifferent yet was consistently put on the court to back up Jalen. Perhaps with Chandler’s injury, he was the only option, but I can certainly understand why Toppert would question his effort. I can also understand why a kid like Josh would question his role, when Malcolm is consistently being rewarded for his indifferent attitude.

Minnott's family didn't like him backing up the 4 spot. That woulda hadda come-apart if Penny put him in at the 5.
That's the biggest issue with Josh. Family views him as a 3, but he is no where near a 3 right now. Can't guard it and can't shoot outside.
In Josh's defense, personally he seems like a great kid. Thoughtful and a good team guy. Didn't want to put in extra work until about December, but seems to have worked hard since then. But family. Whatcha gonna do.

Shaq was a big time waste of talent.

Easily could have moved DeAndre to the 5 & played Minott at the 4…

Add moving his pivot foot to that list. Looked like he was dancing at times.

You mean the spin move where he does a full 180, takes another step or two forward and then dribbles...

I bet with 10 minutes left vs Arkansas they have a foul or two

I want to say that he took 9 steps, but that can't be right, can it? I'm sure he took at least 7.

EDIT:
He for sure took at least 9 and maybe as many as 11.

Like coach Toppert said, count how long he's in the three second lane.
