Saturday April 2nd, Riverside International Speedway opens its 73rd season of racing with a rLate Model special.

RIS opened its doors in June 1950 and has been running yearly ever since without missing a season. Making it one of the oldest continuously operating track in the US.

I never knew that. It was always called Riverside Speedway as far back as I remember from the 60's.
