#3 Georgia State (17-10) vs. #8 Louisiana (16-14) will play at ESPN2 at 7:00pm ET.

Georgia State is 11-1 since January 27.

This is a nice prime-time matchup that ESPN gave the SBC. I'd say both teams, arguably, have the most star-talent up and down their rosters (besides South Alabama).

Louisiana has Jordan Brown, who was a 5-star recruit... plus multiple 4-star recruits. So they have the talent to match up with almost anyone they play if they make it to the Big Dance.

Georgia State seems to have a very experienced squad, and they've got the shooters, athleticism, and size to matchup with most teams at the Big Dance as well... typical of Georgia State.

Other than Texas State, I think these are probably the two best teams that would give the SBC a chance to surprise an opponent at the NCAA's.

I guess for the sake of the conference and the name recognition that GSU gets for basketball I'll pull for them. Hope for a good game regardless though.
