now some discussion about the game from Coogfans' perspective

most people are giving Kudos to Memphis' length, talent, etc. wih some fair comments and some people are just plain haters, so ignor them. They are calling us legit and could do a lot of damage in the tourney, if we play like this.

They were better than us during Phi Slamma Jamma and the last few years

The nearly 30 years in between was Memphis dominance

And so many of their relatively small fan base thinks they are our Super Bowl

We just won 10/11 games with a 4-1 road record. We were up for a lot of teams. And something good programs do? Pack the house when the first place team shows up

Did they have a bigger crowd this year than when we beat that ass late?

Put it this way, according to Basketball Reference, today was the 9th straight time Memphis and Houston have played with UH ranked and Memphis not. Tigers are 4-5 losing 1 on a 1/2court buzzer beater. Super Bowl my ass. Memphis was, is, always will be > Houston
