Nope. He spoke of players not buying in last year and how he thought that was changing this year.

Right, the players are buying in because the coaching staff is doing a better job at getting them too.

My point on the buying in was due to me getting hammered on here when I tried to relay Siddle's own words about getting them to buy into the system. They apparently never bought in as a team last season. We started this season with 10 new players. And you are exactly right. It is the coaches' job to make that happen. Even I was frustrated after the Jacksonville game. But coach stuck to his guns and it came together.

Last year was tough, and it was hard(for example) to get Boggs to "buy in" to playing center while Dodd sat the bench. And it was hard to operate without a PG while Phillips was on the bench all year. We just didn't have the roster to compete. Add to it all the isolation, delays, cancellations and I doubt this group would have fared much better. Last year should be shitcanned and never spoken of again.
