One interesting topic of discussion was CAA Coaches on the hot seat.

Is W&M's Dane Fischer on the hot seat? It feels like a Benny Moss situation to me. Popular coach ran off by AD. Wins with previous coach's players and then tanks. I figure they give him another year, but going from top tier of the league under Shaver to bottom tier is pretty rough.

What about Delaware's Martin Ingelsby? Predicted to finish #1 so Tied for 4th with a 5th seed has to be considered a disappointment. This is his 6th year and while they were competitive, you got to think if he couldn't win more with this team, when is he going to win?

Drexel's Zach Spiker is another interesting one. There were predicted to finish 3rd and finished Tied for 4th. He also has 6 year tenure. Unlike Delaware, his win loss records isn't nearly as impressive. He does have the COVID year CAA tournament championship though where they made a miracle 6th seed run.

Northeastern had a bad year, but Bill Coen has by far earned the right for a bad year.

Mike Schrage at Elon just finished another disappointing year 3 in his tenure. You gotta figure next year is put up or shut up for him, especially with last year being COVID.

I don't predict any turnover in coaching this offseason, but I think next year will be very interesting.
