Interesting that it does not appear CUSA has been served with the suit yet. It was filed today and a hearing is noticed for tomorrow. Appears ODU is not arguing against anyone if tomorrow is really going forward

CUSA was calling Norfolk firms last week trying to find a legal representative. So, they have been served.

Telephonic notice is required for emergency injunction hearings on 24 hours notice.
