I like it, but wouldn’t Cocky Green Beans day be on the anniversary of the game and the Twitter comment (2/22 not 2/17)? Or maybe I thinking too hard about this…

We are playing WKU tonight, so it is kind of the anniversary. Going with the bean theme, the Toppers do have a Jolly Green Giant in 7'5" Jamarion Sharp on their team. Sharp had 2 points and 1 rebound against us a couple of weeks ago, so he was a non-factor, but they still beat the snot out of us. It was one of those typical CLT games where we just didn't show up.

It is a happy coincidence that Cocky Green Beans Day falls within the historical anniversary of Cocky Green Beans Week.

Or not really a coincidence, this is the kind of scheduling magic that takes months to plan for.

SB3 early departure will likely force this game in to January or March next year which will be a shame and attendance will suffer.
