Auburn go and hire Eric Schumann as your head football coach and leave our great coach Bill Clark alone. Coach Clark is and always will be a UAB man. You will be able to hire Schumann on a year-to-year contract for between $80,000-$90,000 a year. That would be more money than he makes today.

I worked with Schumann at Etowah High School in Attalla, AL. Not a bad dude at all. May not have been the best DC, but I hate to see people throwing trash on a good person.

I've seen Clark on one list, the initial one, and haven't since. The last I saw, the top 3 candidates were:

1) Hugh Freeze
2) Jeff Grimes
3) Will Muschamp

So I just want to again reinforce how embarrassed I am of the school I went to. Need to renew my UAB football tickets.

Muschamp has had no success at 2 other SEC stops. I guess if nothing else when the board comes after him to fire him in 3 years he can scowl at them.
