Wow. I never would have thought that FSU and Florida would have trouble with NIL.

It's working well for us. And we still have an Interim AD and an Interim President in place.

I mentioned on the other board how NIL could hurt universities in more rural college towns and be an advantage for the schools in more urban areas.
As Pervis mentioned above, NIL has been a big recruiting tool for UofL. We are fortunate Kentucky passed NIL legislation last year.

New York and Virginia are the only two ACC states without NIL legislation in affect. New York has a proposed date of 2025 and Virginia doesn’t even have proposed legislation.
