This is the most exciting team in the nba. There is a super star, amazing role players, a smart front office, a young coach, an attitude and swagger, a team culture, and more.
We are the second youngest team in the nba. They all look like they’re having fun.
We are a small market team.
We are bringing in fans in droves. We are other team fans “second team” and kids are showing up to see Ja.
And it’s all happening in Memphis.
Oh and to top it off we have multiple top round picks we have to do something with.
This is a special year. It’s fun to watch and it’s incredible.

I’m not sure I would call JJJ a role player
Poor coin of phrase - just meant to differentiate superstar Ja from everyone else. Deep team with a lot of incredible players but Ja is another level

It's hard to tell how he changes things when he gets back. Probably take a few games for him to get his conditioning back Is he still the 2nd option behind Ja or 4th behind Bane and JJJ?

We are 4th in the league in average road attendance behind the usual suspects, Warriors, Lakers and Bulls (maybe people think Jordan still plays). It's shockingly amazing how many away game fans I see in our gear cheering for us.

I just watched a really good hour long podcast and Bane called brooks the heart of the team.

he is. I was disappointed that the team didnt really react when Morris fouled. If Dillon was out there I guarantee things would have popped off. Every great team needs a crazy guy and its him.
