January 6 was more of a intelligence community operation than the concerns of too many people. I saw a video of the agitators running up to a Capitol window and apparently a 2x4 was laying right there as the video didn’t show any of them running to the window with it

Personally, I think there is substantial evidence that a high level of "entrapment" behavior existed within certain elements of law enforcement that day---but the frustration within that large crowd was the key ingredient. Those people probably dont follow the lead of "instigators" if they dont feel frustrated and completely ignored by our major representative institutions. The failure of many courts to even accept cases so a full public airing of evidence (let us all see whats out there) was a MAJOR mistake and has led to an incredible mistrust of the entire system. Many courts jumped through whatever hoops they needed to in use technicalities to avoid getting involved----when the reality was that was the worst thing they could have done. Wrong court. We dont have jurisdiction. Its too late. You dont have proper standing. All that crap completely underminded public trust in the usefulness and effectiveness of election law. If your not going to enforce elections laws when they are violated----or even bother to hear the actual case---then whats the point in having election laws? Your effectively throwing the door open to fraud at larger and larger levels....and people are surprised that the number of folks with little trust in our election system is so high.....Im surprised its not nearly 100% after the embarrassingly dismal performance of the courts in 2020.

This would be the same force that "stood by" their manly 275 pound officer's story that the only way he could possibly stop a 100 pound unarmed women was to shoot her in the chest/neck. They didnt even bother to interview him. This is an office with absolutely ZERO credibility.
