If Rollins beats Carry for POY it would be a little comical with how lopsided their two individual head to head matchups were.

It's Rollins or Sears for MAC POY unless Kent keeps rolling ...not impossible but its the team defense that has really stood out, even more than Carry.

Frankly, I'm more impressed by the fact this guarantees another season (is it now 23 straight?) with a winning record. I wouldn't have bet on that in January. Just an amazing accomplishment for the program under 5 different coaches.

I don't disagree. Just saying it would be pretty funny that the POY got dominated by a legit POY candidate in both of their head to head matchups when they also guarded each other all game.

The last team with a losing record was 1997-98, so this will be 23rd consecutive without a losing season. There was a .500 team in there. The 97/98 team finished strong and upset Akron in the MAC tournament and may even have won the tournament had not Waters benched Massey for punching an Akron player. The last lousy team was 1996-97, 25 years ago. It was Waters' first season.

Jim. Well said. I’m not a fan of Todd K.
Great effort , Team played hard and deserved the win.

Typically, after the game, he laid all the blame for the loss on the players. Coaching strategy was perfect, you see. And his ability to motivate and prepare. Wouldn’t want to show leadership and take some responsibility himself. He’d be in line for a Big Ten job if it weren’t for those players letting him down,

Agree, TK threw his team under the bus, & TK (or his staff) did not take any of the blame. I don't believe the Rockets will survive the MAC tournament. They don't have the depth needed for the three games necessary to win the tournament.

I watched TK's post-game press conferences for the KSU game & the OU game, which they won. TK did not praise KSU as a fine team at all. But TK did acknowledge that SC was the best player on the floor. But he was heaping all kind of praise on OU, that UT & OU should be in the NCAA tournament.

Both TK (UT) & JG (UA) are really hard to take as opposing coaches. And I take special pleasure when the Flashes take them down.

Looking forward to a great game with OU this Friday.

Todd K has always been a jacka$$, going back to his days at GB. His teams are always soft and he throws them under bus every chance he gets. great motivation. They will choke in the MAC tourney just like they always do.

Now that was one of the most impressive road wins I can remember.

GO FLASHES!!!

I’m really surprised you would accuse me of placing illegal bets. However I did take Kent and the points.
